PRODUCT EXCHANGE, RETURN & MONEY REFUND POLICY OF SGCARE

We at SGCARE INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. This indicates that consumers of SGCARE products will be satisfied with their purchases. In any case, if the customer/direct seller is not satisfied with the product quality or any manufacturing or packaging defect is found in the product then the customer/direct seller can return/exchange the product. The Product Return Policy is applicable on saleable product(s) as well as partially used product(s). The customer/direct seller must contact the company (SGCARE INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED) from whom he/she purchased the same. Product return/exchange is subjected to the following reasons:

  1. The customer/direct seller should have a valid reason for product return/exchange.
  2. The customer/direct seller may return/exchange the product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, product return/exchange is not possible.
  3. The product(s) exchange/return is only possible once within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4. The customer/direct seller must have the original copy of the purchase invoice which he/she needs to deposit with the company along with duly filled and signed Product Return Form and product(s). A Softcopy of the Product Return Form is available in the download section of the company’s website www.sgcareindia.com
  5. In case of manufacturing or packaging defect in the product, the company will exchange the product(s) free of cost but the product(s) should be unopened, and unaltered.
  6. In case of customer/direct seller wants to exchange the product(s) with another product(s), the company will issue a credit note (Zero BV) of the same amount, which can be used by the customer/direct seller within 30 days of his/her first purchase for purchasing other products of his/her choice. Product(s) exchange is only possible if the product(s) are unopened (sealed), physically undamaged, and should be useable, resaleable, and unaltered.
  7. If the customer/direct seller wants his/her money back due to any reason, the Company shall initiate the money-back process and shall provide a full refund for the product(s) to the customer/direct seller after deducting GST amount. Money back is possible only if:
    1. Product(s) seal is open and customer/direct seller has used the product: used quantity of the product(s) should not be used more than 25% of the total product quantity. For example, if a product contains 60 capsules at the time of purchase, then at the time of return, the balance product quantity must not be less than 45 capsules.
    2. Product(s) are sealed: product(s) should not be physically damaged, and should be useable, resaleable, and unaltered.
    3. The company shall use the same mode to return the amount in lieu of the product(s) returned. It means, if the customer/direct seller has used the online transaction at the time of product(s) purchase, the company shall online transfer the amount to the same bank account of customer/direct seller.
    4. If the amount of refund in lieu of product(s) returned is up to Rs.1000/-, the company shall immediately return back cash amount to the customer/direct seller. However, if the amount will exceed Rs.1000/-, then the company shall transfer the said amount to the customer's/direct seller's bank account.
  8. Product Return Policy is NOT APPLICABLE on Business Support Materials (BSM), Brochures, Product Literatures, Electric items if opened.
  9. If products return quantity is greater than or equal to 6 on a single invoice, 10% handling charges will be deducted.
  10. Total product return quantity cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the purchase invoice.
